We couldn’t have made it through the wedding planning or day of without Jeannie and Karen! From our first consultation I knew they were the coordinators we needed! Throughout the process they kept me organized with timelines, provided me support with vendors , and responded to all my questions and concerns in timely fashion. When I felt anxious they reassured me everything was fine and their positive energy is so contagious which made me feel more at ease every time we had a meeting. On our wedding day we felt so at ease knowing they had everything under control. Karen and Jeannie were absolutely incredible! We are deeply touched with how careful and how dedicated they were throughout this whole year and a half of planning our big day. My husband and I initially decided against having any type of coordinator to save money - THANK GOODNESS we changed our minds because our wedding would not have run as perfectly as it did without Jeannie and Karen. Both of them were super thorough and organized in the preparation process, making sure we ironed out every detail and desire before the day providing us with a super detailed timeline and confirming our vendors and contracts. They were easy to talk to, humorous and a huge light of energy and positivity during every stage. One of my bridesmaids who has been in about 10 wedding (not exaggerating) said it was the smoothest and most relaxed wedding she's ever been to - never rushed or stressed.
